Back to the slow lane

Just to let people know that the developers I had working on the project are spending a year with their studies and will not be available to work on the project. I am also busy this year with a new job and other freelance work. Progress will be quite slow in the beginning of the year until I get time to commit to the code. To see the planned features check out this previous blog post.

For the moment if you wish to do something to get progress off to a good start then you could think about getting involved. I will be welcoming any new developers or contributors to the code. I will also accept donations from people who would like me to spend less time working on other things and spend my time on PhotoFiltre LX instead.

Lastly it has come to my attention that the .deb installers work on Ubuntu 12.04 but not 12.10. I have been putting time into solving this as soon as possible but I am fighting against these lintian errors such as wrong-file-owner-uid-or-gid 1000/1000. I won't be working on the code until I have fully functional installers for Ubuntu 12.10 first.
