The current downloads available are here:

Xwii-GUI-code-0.5-ALPHA.tar.gz - Recommended for Ubuntu 11.10 and greater.
xwii-2.9-4_i386.deb - Recommended for Ubuntu 8.10 and greater.
xwii-2.9-4_amd64.deb - Recommended for Ubuntu 8.10 and greater.

Alternatively you can download the sourcecode and compile.
xwii_2.9.4_src.tar.gz - Stable

NOTE: These packages are required to be manually installed in order to compile.

32bit
cl-sdl_0.2.2-8_i386 - install this first.
cl-sdl-opengl_0.2.2-8_i386 - then this second.

64bit
cl-sdl_0.2.2-8_amd64 - install this first.
cl-sdl-opengl_0.2.2-8_amd64 - then this second.
