Basic usage

If you installed Xwii with the .deb then just open a terminal and type "xwii" to bring up the menu.
If you compiled Xwii then you will have to run it by navigating to the folder with the "cd" command as you did for compilation.
Then type "xwii" to run it instead of typing "make".

Now after you run the software you will be presented with this menu:

For general/desktop usage you should select the "Tilt_Mouse_Media" profile. This only requires you to have bluetooth. Others that include "IR" in the name need infra red to function.
"A" is set to left click and "B" is set to right click.
